Sage Diner
Serves meat, vegan options available. Offers soups, wraps, sandwiches, and salads. Despite not having a very veggie friendly menu, it's one place that it is confirmed that has vegetarian and vegan options in the Salisbury MD area. The fresh fruit cocktail is vegan, and the vegetarian wrap can be veganized without the cheese and coleslaw side dish. They also have a garden salad, vegetable platter, and veggie burger, though the veggie burger may not be vegan. The plain veggie side dishes are normally cooked in butter, so if you are a vegan, you will want to specially request that your veggies not be cooked in it.

Cruelty Free Friendly, but not Cruelty Free - Edit
As a vegan, I have to get this out of the way.
They serve veal, meat, milk, and almost any other ungodly nasty omni product out there. BUT, ad a vegan in an omni city, I am pleased to say the staff is very friendly, and will work with you for custom orders. After taking mine and my grandma's order, the waitress took a couple steps away and doubled back to make sure "You said no cheese right?" I'm certainly happy she double checked!
The veg*n options are not noted specially from the omni products, so they are hard to find. I didn't even know they had a veggie burger until I got home and reviewed the take-home menu!
Pros: vegan friendly, vegetarian friendly, good staff
Cons: serves veal, serves dairy and eggs, serves flesh in general
