Vegan Mushroom hotpot restaurant

Found this place through AMaps (maps that work in china with English translation) and would highly recommend if you are a mushroom lover. So great to find somewhere fully vegan and whilst the menu was only in Chinese, the staff were really helpful in using translate to explain the food.
The broth is mushroom based broth which comes with a wide selection of different mushrooms and other vegetables (leaves, carrots, potatoes, sweetcorn etc) to cook in the hot pot.
We were served with black bean soup to start, then a small bread roll with vegetabless and fake meat which had a hoisin flavour. The hot pot was the main part of the meal and we were given their homemade soy milk and tea to drink with the meal.
