There is a reason to come back - Edit
We took panini, coffee and water. The waiter was a little bit energetic for us, but she understand our wishes correctly.

Okay lunch - Edit
We came here for lunch and it's okay, but not great. My husband and I each got a first and a second dish. There were two vegan options for each type of dish. For the first dish, I went for the black rice with grilled peppers, while my husband opted for the basmati rice with lentils. Both dishes lacked seasoning and were very bland. For the second dish, we both had the seitan with mushrooms and potatoes. It had more flavor, but the portion was quite small. I would probably not come back here for the food, but it might be nice to try one of their cakes, and sit at a table in the square outside on a nice day.

It‘s okay - Edit
The servers both spoke english and explained the menu to us. Prices were ok and we liked the meals. We got ’vegan balls (yes, that is exactly what it said in the menu ^^) made of chickpeas and quinoa‘ and they were served with salad (no dressing, we were given salt, olive oil and balsamic vinegar to mix our own, quite common around the mediterranean sea) and in my case with steamed and seasoned cabagge, my husband hat the turnip greens which were actually delicious. Drinks were a bit expensive. My tip: try the bruscchette! Very good!

Cons: drinks expensive, food needed a sauce, was a bit dry

Awful food, would not recommend, such a disappointment - Edit
I was in Genoa for a week and had been meaning to try Rosetta since I arrived. Unfortunately, I tried it on my last night. Such a mistake. I have been vegan for 3.5 years and do my best to support vegan local businesses (the local Carrefour have good vegan options to cook "at home") but this was the worst restaurant food I have ever eaten. When i discovered that they don't served alcohol I was pleased that they were able to serve me in a different area of the plaza and still serve their food. But the food was inedible, so awful. I cannot and would not recommend going there: I may be vegan but I still have tastebuds. Despite me telling them that it was not good and leaving almost the entire meal they still charged the full cost. Do not go. So many better options if you're veggies, figure out another plan if you're vegan. It is a shame that Happy Cow will not allow just one star (as it caters for vegans so it is seen as a plus) as it is certainly not worthy of two stars.

Cons: awful food , no alcohol (but you can sit elsewhere in the plaza, awful food

Poor service - Edit
I'm afraid I can't comment on the food, as despite waiting for 10minutes and our table being cleared from the previous occupants during that time, we were never offered service so we left.

very good! - Edit
a really nice place in the center of Genoa's old town. Sandwiches and entrees are very good, carefully prepared and very tasty. The staff is very helpful indeed: there are no problems to customize the sandwiches or dishes to suit your taste, while not serving alcohol, to my request for a beer, they made me a pint from the bar next door then dealing them to settle accounts .. .that's hospitality and customer care!
