Lorsque j'étais à Gênes, ce glacier proposait 4 parfums de glaces vegan au lait de riz. Parmi les parfums proposés il y avait pistache et noisette que j'ai choisis. Et je dois dire que ce fut une très belle découverte. La texture ne change pas d'une glace au lait de vache. Seul bémol : le cornet aussi fin que du papier, j'ai connu mieux.

Read moreThe vegan options were at the back of the shop, and if your Italian is lacking like ours you have to make sure you've asked for vegan and that they're not going to give you the dairy option of the same flavour. Didn't happen for us, but just be clear that you're after vegan and you're in for one of the best gelato experiences possible.

I asked for vegan ice cream and they had pistachio, hazelnut and rice milk flavour that day. I went for pistachio and hazelnut and was very happy. Especially the hazelnut was very delicious and super creamy.
