Rosa's Thai Cafe - Edit
Solid 3.5 which I've rounded up to 4. I order Rosa's Thai via Deliveroo often and the food has yet to disappoint. Rosa's has a few locations in London and all offer a good number of vegan options. All of my Deliveroo orders come specifically from this location. This location popped up in the middle of lockdown, so there's been little to no opportunity to actually eat in this restaurant...but I've walked by it countless times and can vouch for it appearing to be a nice place to dine in. I highly recommend all the vegan-friendly curries. I particularly like the massaman and red curries, but I have yet to try more. Great option if you're craving Thai, though this may not feel 100% authentic to some (probably more like 80%, but good enough!).
