Good vegan option in a veg desert

Really cool spot overlooking the lake with tons of seating inside and on the patio. Service is good despite how crowded it can get. I get the Neil Young burger and sub the impossible burger patty. Heads up - the green goddess dressing is not vegan so get that removed.

I don’t always love eating a black bean burger because the patty and the bread have the same texture. This is still true at Rodeo Goat, but next time I’ll ask for my BB burger “naked”—wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun. The flavors are very nice, and they’re made in-house. They also have an Impossible burger for vegan/vegetarian guests.

Pros: Fresh, made in-house and have two options

Cons: Just as expensive as dead animal burgers.
