A solid option but pricey - Edit
The stuffed bell pepper was very tasty but $20! I know it is a bit remote but be prepared to spend some $. Also had the Impossible burger for another meal and it was blah. They also have cauliflower steak which I didn’t try but being where they are, 3 options is helpful 👍

Some vegan options - Edit
Menu had a vegetarian section with options that were easily made vegan. I got the impossible burger and asked for it to be vegan with no issue.
