Relocated from Edificio Alejandra, Vía Argentina. Open Tue-Thu 12:00pm-8:00pm, Fri-Sat 12:00pm-9:00pm, Sun 12:00pm-6:00pm. Closed Tue.

Absolutely amazing - Edit
Probably my favorite restaurant in Panama City, it's that good. We ordered some gyozas for starters, some rolls and the hot rock. The good was amazing and the staff was very friendly. Will definitely return when I'm back in Panama.

Unique vegan sushi - Edit
We tried almost one of everything on the menu. The rolls have super unique flavor combinations. We really enjoyed the “hot rock” which was like a tempura sandwich type thing- interesting flavor and texture. Different from anything we’ve ever tried- give it a go!

The food was absolutely delicious! My non-vegan son who loves sushi was shocked at how good the “tuna” roll and the little “chick’un” nuggets were. Also, the woman who served us was so sweet. I highly recommend it.

The best Vegan sushi rolls I've had in a long time! I love this place, went here twice during my short stay in Panama city. I hope they open a location in my town soon! I would go there all the time.

Wir waren jetzt im Februar in Panama und sind über die App 'HappyCow" auf dieses kleine Restaurant aufmerksam geworden. Wir essen wirklich gerne Sushi und haben in Panama häufiger welches gegessen. Dieser Laden ist kulinarisch bisher unser absolutes Highlight, und das nicht nur auf Panama bezogen. Wir haben selten eine solche Geschmacksexplosion erlebt. Die komplette Speisekarte ist vegan - das Essen dürfte aber bestimmt auch nicht Vegane beeindrucken. Das Lokal ist von außen eher schwer zu erkennen, da es sich um eine Art sehr kleine Mini-Mall handelt, mit einem Kaffee, einem Tattoo- und Haarstudio und eben diesem kleinen Restaurant drinnen. Wir mussten auch klingeln, um herein zu kommen. Aber wie so oft findet man das Unglaubliche im Unscheinbaren. Wir waren super beeindruckt und würden jeden empfehlen hier zu schlemmen! Best Vegan Sushi Ever - Edit
Wow! This is the best Vegan Sushi I've ever had!! I've tried a lot in the U.S. and this place is a true gem! If you are in Panama City I and are looking for Vegan Sushi this is the place to go! We ate the Psychedelic, the Ocean Roll for our main course and the Gyoza for the appetizer! Sushi done fresh with a great deal of care! We have been twice already in 3 days and will probably go again before we leave back to Boston! Highly recommend!!!

This is part of a bigger "food court" and difficult to find. The address is the building it is in and not a specific number. But keep searching and you will be well rewarded. First, the service. You order at the desk and the people are fantastic. The young woman taking the order uses her phone at a rapid speed to be sure she is translating my English correctly. Wonderful service with a smile. This is vegan sushi and other such food that was all great. Small sandwiches were excellent. There will be no complaint at all.

My favorite vegan restaurant in Panama, hands down! - Edit
I've visited Rock and Rolls twice and both times, the sushi was phenomenal. This place truly exceeded my expectations in every way possible. My boyfriend and I shared two rolls the first time (pictured below - I believe mine was the Smoke on the H20, and his was the Black Roll), and ordered the Krab Revolution Roll to-go for my parents, which they loved as well.

We both thought it was exceptional - it has mushrooms and she is a mushroom super fan, so that certainly helped. I got my parents the Umami Roll and they were obsessed. These vegan sushi rolls are not just cucumber and avocado, like you'll find at most restaurants. They are out of this world. Will 100% return, frequently.

First vegan sushi in Central America - Edit
We stumbled on this little restaurant by accident while browsing for places to eat. Best decision ever as we tasted some amazing vegan sushi (mushrooms, smoked tofu, crispy aubergine). Very new restaurant (opened only in October) and really nice chef and team. Best of luck!

The 2 Sushi rolls we ordered were both one of a kind! Full of flavours, the creations served at this place are umami at its best! After that you’ll wanna try the full menu. The restaurant itself is a comfortable place to hang around and has also a coffee place inside (not fully vegan though) Highly recommended!

Wow! This is some of the best sushi I've had! I've been to many vegan sushi (and regular sushi) places and this one is the best I've tried! We tried three rolls and they were all excellent. We met the chef and he is an amazing guy as well. This place is a must visit and comes very highly recommended!!
