This Michelin Guide fine dining restaurant is located on the rooftop of Hotel Principe. Their vegetarian tasting menu can be made fully vegan upon request. All you need to do is send them an email beforehand, and the staff (who are very warm and attentive) will gladly help you. The flavors, the atmosphere, the service, basically everything was flawless. Perfect choice for a special occasion.
