Beach club that has a restaurant with some vegan options - Edit
This is actually a beach club called Bagno Margherita, with a restaurant attached to it called Ristorante Marcoforte. There are no vegan items listed on the menu, but it’s clear they always keep some off-menu vegan options available. As soon as we mentioned we were vegan, they brought us a few different dishes. We were told that all the vegetables were local. The food itself wasn’t particularly special in terms of flavor, and not very filling either, but it was definitely fresh. And the best part? Even though it’s quite an expensive place, they charged all the dishes we had as if they were side dishes, so the bill ended up being much lower than we expected. We're glad we found this place on Happycow. In an area with very few vegan options, this spot is definitely a lifesaver!

Delicious vegan options on request - Edit
We arrived at Bagno Margherita quite randomly one day, tired of eating pasta with tomato sauce as the only vegan option in our Bagno.
Read moreAt Bagno Margherita they were extremely friendly and open to prepare something vegan for us, and they came up with a delicious pasta with pea cream and crispy vegetables , a very tasty gazpacho and some yummy sautéed vegetables.
We were so delighted that we went back to Bagno Margherita every day for lunch till the end of our vacations.
They came up with some new vegan option every day, all delicious and all very original (eg. linguine with potato cream and roasted carrots, pasta with truffle and veggies, a delicious vegan parmigiana, and many more).
We've eaten better here than in many vegan restaurants!
