Great japanese experience

Warm and kind atmosphere! The staff was extremely helpful and took great care of our wellbeing.
We got a whole vegan dinner a d breakfast and it was delicious! We just stated it in advance via email and it was not a problem at all - on the contrary: It was excellent and sumptuous.
Generally the ryokan was very clean and well maintained and our room was very quiet.
The private onsen were fabulous (so no troubles when you have a tattoo)! We would come back anytime.

Pros: Cookes completely vegan for you. The staff knows , what vegan is and loves to give you the best time , possible.
