Lovely macrobiotic cafe on an organic farm. A bit out of the way, they also offer accommodation. Beautiful set meals with several courses for about 1000 yen. Handmade dishware and cloth napkins. They make their own miso and soy sauce. Open Sat-Sun 11:00am-5:00pm.

hard to find but amazing place! - Edit
Honestly, we went by car but it was still hard to find. It is located in an isolated place in Chiba prefecture, but the entire Cafe is located in a little village with cottages and goats! Needless to say, the food was amazing. If you're looking for a good Japanese vegan food, give this place a try!
