Cute Country Cafe - Edit
An unassuming little cafe in Mutsuzawa, Chiba Prefecture, Nelson Village features some home-grown vegetables in their vegan options! The owners, a married couple, are friendly, and they both speak some English. They were happy to make some vegan dishes when I visited, including two delicious pastas with greens from their garden!
