Amazing five-course vegan tasting menu - Edit
This restaurant is part of the culinary academy in Maribor and offers a very reasonably priced fine dining vegan tasting menu (EUR 65 for five courses, additional EUR 30 for wine pairings). We’ve been here twice and the level is exceptional. I recommend this place to any vegans passing by Maribor. Reservations recommended, especially during weekends.
