Nice famiy-run restaurant right in the middle of Santiago, 50m from the cathedral, with a dedicated veggie section on the menu in both Spanish and English, which includes several salads, falafel with chips, veggie fingers with blue tomato salad, and veggie wok. Very friendly staff.
