No sé si saben la diferencia vegano/vegetariano /Not sure if they know the difference between vegan/vegetarian - Edit
He ido varios días a este restaurante. El primer día pedí hojaldre de espinaca con queso vegano muy bueno, pero un día la ensalada vegana vino con un huevo cocido, así que empecé a sospechar, y otro día que volví a pedir el hojaldre vi que debajo del hojaldre había restos de huevo frito, como si lo hubiesen puesto en una plancha encima de restos de huevo (corroborado por la gente no vegana con la que iba). Otro día pregunté si podía pedir la macedonia sin salsa de mango, solo la fruta, ya que ponía el alérgeno de leche que asumí era de la salsa, y me dijeron que sí pero me lo trajeron con la salsa igualmente. Cuando pedí la paella vegana sí que me preguntaron si quería con caldo de verduras en vez de el normal (supongo que de marisco) y me dijeron que así lo ponían para los veganos, así que pensé que si sabrían la diferencia, pero todavía estoy dudando. Además, en el menú estaban escritos los alergenos por lo que me fié de que eran 100% veganos, ya que los quesos no llevaban leche, por ejemplo, pero ver que a la ensalada vegana y al hojaldre (probablemente por accidente) le pusieron huevo me hace sospechar y sobre todo no por mí, sino porque a alguien alérgico le podría hacer mucho daño, yo no tuve más energía para insistir y preguntar pero si van por favor preguntar bien si la comida es vegana de verdad.

The first day I ordered spinach puff pastry with vegan cheese, which was very good, but one day the vegan salad came with a boiled egg, so I started to get suspicious. The next day I ordered the puff pastry again and saw that underneath the puff pastry were traces of fried egg, as if it had been placed on a griddle on top of egg residue (corroborated by the non-vegan people I was with). Another day I asked if I could order the fruit salad without mango sauce, just the fruit, since it listed the milk allergen, which I assumed was from the sauce. They said yes, but they brought it with the sauce anyway. When I ordered the vegan paella, they did ask me if I wanted it with vegetable broth instead of the regular broth (I assume seafood broth), so I thought they might know the difference. Also, the allergens were written on the menu so I trusted that they were 100% vegan, since the cheeses did not contain milk, for example, but seeing that they added egg to the vegan salad and the puff pastry (probably by accident) makes me suspicious. So please insist and ask for allergies if you go.

Amazing paella! - Edit
My friend and me had the vegan paella (Arroz con verduras) and it was sooo good! I’m Spanish and trying to find a vegan paella that is good is really difficult but this one was just amazing! People were really friendly and it was not expensive. You should really go!

They have a vegan page in their menu https://seisperlas.com/menu?lang=en. Food was nicer than the menu description. With complimentary bread too, we arrived hungry and left full.
