Barato y rico

No esperaba tal nivel de sabor de casa, a los veganos les recomiendo venir a desayunar una rica soya a la mexicana con un café negro

Surprisingly good food

We came here because of the first review, authentic Mexican vegan options.
I had the soy ceviche and the ensalada calabacitas de Mexicana (both vegan) and loved them both. Ceviche was served with fried tortilla chips and was really fresh with lime.
Ensalada calabacitas de Mexicana was basically warm sauteed veggies in a nice dressing with rice and frigoles on the side, served with tortillas. I was really really hungry, and barely could finish it. Ceviche alone would be a bit on the small side (unless you like to eat all the tortilla chips).
The jugo verde was the best i had since 2 weeks.

Pros: Authentic Mexican vegan options, Great portions, Good smoothies/juices

Authentic and cheap

There are a couple of restaurants and breakfast spots in Mazunte which are mostly run by foreigners. So we were excited to find a spot that has vegan options for breakfast and is run by locals. I had the Soy a la Mexicana, which was so good. It is served with fresh Tacos and Rice and the portion size was good. Also it was only $120 so really affordable. We went there twice already.
