Gastronomic vegan experience

What a lovely discovery! We came here to celebrate our 8 year anniversary and it was a real treat.

Honestly, I would not have expected this restaurant to have good vegan options so luckily this listing tipped me off.
You do need to indicate a vegan menu, and the number of courses in advance. They were all super tasty, beautifully presented, rich in flavour and texture, just on point. Also the appetizer had a vegan variant.
They clearly use seasonal ingredients and are creative with fruits like kumquat and wild herbs like wild garlic.

Staff was also very friendly, welcoming and thoughtful about the vegan request.
The chef even came to great us and is very enthusiastic about creating vegan dishes. As long as you inform in advance, because he likes to prepare well and work with the daily vegetable highlights.

All in all would highly recommend!
