Nothing was labelled, no ingredients listed for buffet items. On the salad bar, there was tabbouleh and an olive tapenade, along with typical salad bar options. There was a pan of mixed veggies and a pan of potatoes at the hot bar, but I have no idea if they are vegan (I was concerned they might be cooked on butter). There were no vegan dessert options.
