Serves meat, vegan options available. At the foot of the Sierra de la Partacua, in the heart of the Tena Valley, is the Telera Refuge, which is part of the network of mountain refuges of the Aragonese Mountaineering Federation (FAM). Serves daily changing menus and can include falafel, salad, ice cream, nachspeise, postre, zaziki, hummus, some of which is clearly labeled vegan. Open Mon-Sun 13:00-16:00, 20:00-21:30.

Clearly marked vegan options - Edit
Restaurant with vegan options on the menu, clearly marked. When I went, there was only one vegan starter, one main course, and one dessert, so you can't choose; although the menu is short (there were a total of 2-3 starters and main courses). The space isn't very large, and you have to climb some stairs to eat (it's challenging for people with reduced mobility). They don't serve food for the tables outside on the terrace, only drinks and appetizers. It was crowded, and we had to wait a bit, I suppose because it was the high season. The food was very good; we had zucchini carpaccio, falafel, and melon for dessert.

Small restaurant in Piedrafita de Jaca. Reservations are not allowed. Although it has a terrace, they only serve food inside. They have a daily menu. In our case, they only had a vegan option as a starter (courgette carpaccio) and a vegan option as a main course (falafel) so we had no choice of food. Fruit for dessert. The food was very good and elaborate, although I would have preferred to have had more than one option to choose from, and that the dessert was something more than just fruit.

Menú con opciones veganas y otras fácilmente veganizables, platos con cantidades mas que suficientes y muy sabrosos. Vinos de la zona. El trato bueno y el personal muy agradable. El local pequeño y acojedor con musica agradable.

Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker. Es gab 3 Optionen für das tägliche Menü und eine dieser Optionen ist vegan (mit kleinen Abänderungen welche aber von der netten Bedienung selbst vorgeschlagen wurden). Sie ist selbst Vegetarierin und probiert sich daher gerne an veganen Alternativen (In meinem Fall Zaziki und Eis, welche sehr sehr lecker waren). Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann das Restaurant sehr empfehlen.
