Cute and luxurious restaurant - Edit
At first we thought this was a restaurant itself and then found out that is part of the hotel. The decoration of the restaurant looks so luxurious and the menu is huge. No lying if I tell you that we were overwhelmed by the quantity of option that this restaurant offers. And all of them vegan!
Read moreWe ordered papaya salad which was a little spicy but really good and also 2 more main dishes which were also so fresh and delicious. Definitely would recommend it! A little bit expensive than other but worth the price

A must for vegans! - Edit
Hidden away in a little alleyway in Old Town, Chiang Mai, it’s worth the walk and Google map assistance to find this place. A huge menu with something for every taste. I had the Mushroom Cheese Burger… OMG! One of the best, if not THE best burger I’ve ever had. My husband had spaghetti Napoli and the sauce was so fresh and tasty. Oh, if you’ve forgotten mosquito spray, they’ll provide it for you. I got stung 8 times in 5 mins 🙄

Great first stop in Chiang Mai! - Edit
Looking forward to dining-in starting now! (February 2022).
Read moreReform Kafé is a tropical paradise in a city with traditionally too many tourists! Always our first stop!
They make a great Tom Yum - even better than mine. 😄 Much on the menu is quite wonderful, but they still need to learn the Thai word for ‘el dente’ when cooking rice pasta. :)
More gluten-free options would be greatly appreciated.
Pros: Most of the menu is top notch!
Cons: More gluten-free, please please.

Gorgeous garden setting with good portion size - Edit
I usually have the Khao Soi which is a local to this region of Thailand. They have a western menu as well and nice shakes. The atmosphere is very pleasant with plants, a pond and ambient lighting.

Good food! - Edit
I wish I would have been able to get here more than once, because a friend of mine recommended I get the mushroom burger, but I wanted to try more traditional Northern Thai food while I had the chance. Got the khao soi, a papaya salad, and a Thai tea. Pretty large portions, I couldn’t finish everything I ordered! Fresh and delicious!

great ambience and great food - Edit
the menu is similar to the one at goodsouls (same owner), so you know that the meaks are delicious! I like the ambience in this restaurant a bit more, since its a semi open space with lots of flowers and plants surrounding the tables. its a great place for romantic dates! highlt recommend it.

Beautiful little restaurant, a little oasis. Pricier than something less touristy, but portions were generous and was some of the freshest food I had. Good selection of craft beers in a serene setting.

Meh... - Edit
This restaurant is 100% made for westerners, I had the green curry and my boyfriend had the masaman curry both were pretty bland, no flavour, no spices, no chilli, very boring to be honest, you can get better thai curries in other countries...

Delicious - Edit
I very much enjoyed the food, the green curry was really good but not spicy at all. The northern Thailand noodle soup was also good and on the spicier side. The pesto mushroom bruschetta was delicious. Beautiful atmosphere with live music (relaxing and not too loud). It’s on the pricier side for the area but very nice.

Thank you Happy Cow ... - Edit
... for helping me to discover this wonderful place. A beautiful, green courtyard space serving delicious plant-based versions of Thai dishes (and more) with absolutely no compromise on taste. I could finally have khao SOI for the first time as they do a version without the usual egg noodles and it was delicious. I wish I'd had more time in Chiang Mai to go back or to stay in the eco-conscious hotel.

Even the cat looks content - Edit
We headed here not long after arriving in Chiang Mai for an early new years eve dinner. Hidden down a series of small soi, it's definitely a hidden an oasis for hungry vegans. It was late afternoon when we arrived and the restaurant was buzzing. The space was calm and inviting. We tried the vegan version of the classic khao soi sand green curried fried rice. They were cooked to perfection. The emerging local street art was an added bonus.
