A vegan Option in Lapa

As the site's website (https://gastromotiva.org/refettorio-gastromotiva) says, it is "a school restaurant that also acts as a communitarian restaurant, serving dinners to people in social vulnerability, [...] prepared by young talents [...] with ingredients rescued from waste, under the supervision of guest chefs from around the world". Two dishes are provided every day: one omnivorous and one vegan. So there's a vegan dish available every day. Very good and honest food. Fair prices and a very pleasant atmosphere.

Como diz o site do local (https://gastromotiva.org/refettorio-gastromotiva), se trata de “um restaurante escola que também atua como refeitório comunitário, servindo jantares à pessoas em vulnerabilidade social, […] preparados por jovens talentos […] com ingredientes resgatados do desperdício, sob a supervisão de chefs convidados de várias partes do mundo”. São fornecidos dois pratos diariamente: um onívoro e um outro vegano. Então, todos os dias existe um prato vegano disponível. Comida muito boa e honesta. Preço justo e local com atmosfera bastante agradável.
