Good vegan options - Edit
They have been adding more vegan options, including meal prep. I picked up a chili crunch wrap which was decent though fairly mild in flavor. Quite hearty and filling, though. The pumpkin cake was a bit of a miss. The cake portion was a bit on the dry side and the frosting was very oily. I would order the wrap again but not the cake.
Read more2024-10-31 Update: I ordered a falafel wrap and apple crisp. The falafel wrap was delicious paired with the provided orange-colored sauce. The apple crisp had a very respectable amount of cinnamon. Overall great meal and friendly, knowledgeable service.
2024-11-06 Update: I ordered the chili crunch wrap again along with a yellow smoothie and peanut butter cookies. The wrap had a bit more spice this time and was even better. The yellow smoothie was deliciously tangy. The peanut butter cookies were very good although one of them was slightly overcooked so more crunchy than soft. Great meal!
2025-03-10 Update: The service was much slower than normal this time. Apparently a lot of the staff is out of the country. Our pickup order was about 30 minutes slower than expected. The dragon fruit smoothie was okay, but mostly tasted like banana.

Tasty and Some Vegan Options - Edit
Redefined Foods, located inside the Southern Recreation Center, offers a few vegan options such as smoothies, acai bowls, a chili crunch wrap or salad, and a Beyond Burger. Their meal prep service also has one vegan option a week. There are a few tables in the lobby, and it was busy for lunch the day we went. I tried an acai bowl with homemade granola, which was very tasty, and I will be back again.

Minimal vegan options - Edit
Redefined Food Co., now located in the Southern Recreation Center, is owned and operated by a friendly mother and son team. The same two vegan options are available most days (chili crunch wrap, side kale salad), but for those that visit the facility frequently, more variety is needed if we’re to lunch there several times per week. Unfortunately, the owners are unwilling to offer more vegan-friendly options, nor will they make non-vegan menu items easily customizable. Thankfully, Ohana Food Co. is very vegan-friendly and is now our go-to lunch spot after pickleball. Fingers crossed Redefined expands their vegan offerings.
