Good enchiladas

The enchiladas are quite good. I would definitely order them again.

2025-08-05 Update: They have updated their menu! They no longer have a vegan menu with vegan tacos and vegan enchiladas. Instead, according to what I was told, there is now only a vegetarian menu which has several items which can be made vegan upon request. For example, the spinach quesadilla, which is very good and comes with delicious steamed vegetables. Make sure that you specifically ask for a vegan version with vegan cheese.

2025-08-13 Update: It's getting harder to recommend this restaurant. I ordered the cheese and spinach quesadillas which come with a side of rice and beans from the vegetarian menu substituted with vegan cheese to make it vegan. When it arrived, I couldn't tell which separate container of rice and beans was for me (vegan) and which was for someone else, so I called. I was told that she doesn't think that she told the kitchen to use vegan cheese on either one. I don't really understand why, since this was a side that specifically came with the enchiladas and not something separate. So I wasn't able to eat half of my meal. Disappointing.

It should be vegan as they specifically list them as "Vegan Tacos" and "Vegan Enchiladas" on both UberEats as well as the paper receipt they staple to the bag. Based on the way it's melted, I think they might use Daiya mozzarella-style shreds?

Oh, that's really interesting! I didn't realize that they now offer vegan options, besides the guac, tortilla chips and salsa. I'll have to check them out again. The last time I was there, I was still a pescatarian.
