Great crust, vegan options - Edit
Delicious brick oven-baked crust with lots of veggie toppings and vegan cheese. Tasty!

Red Brick has a good veggie pizza with Daiya cheese. They also have breaksticks and Daiya-cheese breadsticks, as well as the usual salad options. Their pizza is good, and no more expensive than any other specialty pizza place. They have a good selection of vegan toppings, but custom pizzas can get pricey. Overall I believe it's the best (only?) place for vegan pizza in Bakersfield.

An great pizza alternative in Bakersfield - Edit
In Bakersfield, most vegan pizza options tend to only be order a pizza with no cheese so I was pleasantly surprised when the staff at RedBrick said that they offer daiya cheese at their restaurant. At my first visit there, I order a veggie gourmet pizza topped with daiya and the fire roasted Italian bread sticks minus the cheese. The bread sticks were very soft and delicious and the pizza was extremely tasty. Although my mother-in-law (who's vegetarian)doesn't even like mushrooms on her pizza, she gobbled my vegan slices up and didn't even notice a difference. I'm definitely going back soon!
