Nice Sunday Lunch

We went here looking for a Sunday roast after failing to find any vegan options at the local pubs. Food was nice and had a few menu items catering to vegans. Lovely atmosphere and staff.

*ask for no Yorkshire Pudding for a vegan roast

Could be better

The menu was quite promising and the decor and outside area was lovely. We ordered the beetroot falafel which was made of chickpeas and had no beetroot, it tasted quite dry too. The garnish was very limp and the harissa dip, I’m convinced contained honey.
To be fair falafel doesn’t have a place on an Italian menu.

Cons: Too expensive for what you get

Delicious and freshly cooked

The separate vegan menu offers a plant burger and chips but also a tasty ravioli dish and roasted butternut squash which included vegan cheese. Had a nice bruschetta and beetroot falafel to start . All really tasty

Pros: Separate vegan menu , Delicious freshly cooked food, Drink menu states vegan options

Cons: No vegan desert
