Impressive Vegan Food, Legit Coffee & A Rooster - Edit
I was super impressed with this place. I went on a Sunday morning and it was PACKED. Even though there was hardly anywhere to sit and a line out the door they got the food out really quickly. I guess it's been around for a long time which is always awesome to see for a vegan/vegetarian place since many of them close down, so it's good to keep supporting this place. After seeing it is "vegetarian" on HappyCow, I told them to "please make everything vegan", they seemed to indicate that everything is already vegan - so not your typical vegetarian place where vegetarian is the default and vegan is just a limited option - here everything is vegan by default it seems unless you ask otherwise. Pretty cool. The food was delicious and they take the coffee seriously, you can get single origin brews, super tasty. Their food portions were fairly big for the amount it costs also. The most awesome part of all is how there is a rooster that roams around the outdoor seating area.

Delicious food, cute rooster - Edit
I’ve been wanting to come here for three years and finally got around to it. We got the vagabond and the mt saint chorizo. The vegan food was amazing. Everything tasted great. We also got two vanilla lattes with oat milk.

The staff could have been friendlier but they weren’t rude. We opted to sit outside and got to hear/see the rooster plenty.

I go here multiple times a week and have tried pretty much everything on their menu. This place is a vegan's dream.
Although, there isn't really anything I didn't like, here are my absolute favorites:
- Johnnycakes (best three pancakes you'll ever have with butter and syrup - no need to add anything extra to them. They are absolutely magical as is)
- Chorizo Mac (I like to add coconut bacon)
- Bowl of Chili
- Cesar Salad (I like to add PB-Crumbles)
- Breakfast burrito (I like to add extra sour cream)
- For on the go, I like the Hummus Wrap and the Avocado Wrap
But again, you can't really go wrong with any choice, but don't wait to try these and say I didn't tell you otherwise.
The RedCup also has the best Latte in OKC, hands down.
I take all of my meat-eating friends here and they are always shocked at how good vegan food is.
As a bonus, there is a rooster roaming around outside named Coco. The art in there is incredible as well.
I'm heartbroken, they removed the Beaverwich from their menu, but who knows, they may bring it back as a special one day. I also am sad that this place only exists in OKC, because I wish I could eat here anywhere in the world.

I had the tofu scramble with a side of mac and cheese and it was delicious. The service was great and there is plenty of seating with a nice patio as well.

Been here a few times and I’m always happy with the food and service. The Red Cup has real character and soul. You cannot go wrong here. Most recently had the Mt. Saint Chorizo.

We've now gone out of our way twice on two cross country road trips, even booking our stay in Oklahoma City, in order to go to Red Cup for their phenomenal breakfasts. The default is vegan with dairy or eggs available upon request. The atmosphere is eclectic, warm, and inviting. Coco, the rescue chicken, will come up to greet you. The food is out of this world comfort! Both times I've had the biscuits and gravy. My hubby had the breakfast burrito, and my daughter had the johnny cakes with blueberries.

I cannot believe this is in OKC. This place blows away any of LA’s vegan restaurants. My wife and I were driving through and were surprised to find it listed so we stopped and we were both AMAZED at how great it was. Super cool atmosphere, great little patio and garden eating area, and hands down the best vegan breakfast I’ve ever had. I got the breakfast burrito and it was so good I’m contemplating a trip back just to eat it again. Amazing coffee too! The sexy Mexi was delicious! Fantastic place!!

This place isn't as expensive (but is still fairly pricey) as it could be and it's cozy! The food is generally delicious with few exceptions. So maybe cashew cheese doesn't have to go on every single menu item and they could tone down the parsley as well. But honestly I'm struggling to find a critique here - 5 stars!

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while and finally got the opportunity. All I can say is this place is GREAT!! Very cool vibe. The coffee smell delicious and the food…. HOLY COW!!!! Sooooo good. I had the sloppy Jane. It was mouth watering. My wife had the breakfast burrito and I tried it and man it was so good. Huge burrito very filling. Do yourself a favor and stop by.
