Only one dedicated vegan option - Edit

Would have received 4 stars if they had more dedicated vegan options. That said, the vegan dish they had, the SanteFe Hash, was absolutely delicious. Would 100% get again.

Few vegan brunch options - Edit

I picked this restaurant for a mixed brunch because it at least had one vegan brunch option. The Santa Fe Hash comes with Beyond sausage, bell peppers, jalapenos, onions, cilantro, and cubed potatoes and is topped with tofu scramble and sides of guacamole and salsa. It wasn't seasoned super well, but had enough flavor with all of the veggies and beyond sausage. It looked like you could also get toast, oatmeal, and fruit, but that's about it for vegan options.
