Excellent vegan choices - Edit
I loved the tofu bahn mi sandwich i enjoyed here and it was great to go to a non-vegan restaurant and have choices that didn’t included veggie burger, salad and fries. Also i totally loved the vibe here. Highly recommend!

I can't say that the vegan options are plenty or exceptional. The fries are fried in a contaminated fryer, and the brioche buns on the veggie burgers are not vegan.
Read morePretty much the only thing I will order here is the vegan nachos, which are good, but easy to get sick of if you come here often enough, and from time to time I'll order the soup of the day, if it's vegan of course.
I don't recall enjoying the cauliflower tacos, although it's been a while since i've ordered them.
My reasoning for the 3 star reveiw (generous considering there's only one dish I order off the menu), is that I appreciate the Raven Cafe having an option labeled vegan, and because I like the owners and staff. They're doing a lot to make Prescott, a better place to live and visit and to build community. I think they do listen, and there's potential for more/better vegan options on the menu in the future if we are asking for them.
Some more pros: great beer selection, root beer on tap, fun events like trivia and live music often, and in my favorite part of town- the Noco district.

This is one of our favorite places to stop before leaving Prescott during our trips. I love that they offer local eats and options for everyone. Unfortutely they changed the menu since we last visited, swapping the burger bun for brioche which unfortunately is not dairy free. Although they did not have another bun to offer, we made the order work using their sandwich baguette bread instead. Food was still good however I hope they are more considerate of allergies/restrictions with any other changes to the menu.

Burnt “cauliflower tacos” - Edit
Unfortunately the cauliflower was well overcooked, burnt black and soggy. Cauliflower was so charred it had an awful bitter burnt taste. They made another for me but nope burnt once again. Obviously they precooked and stored it creating the sogginess and cooked in way too hot oil. This dish can easily be fried to a nice golden brown, in less than 10 mins. for the firmness needed on this taco. I hope they figure out how to make this right. I was so excited to find this on their menu while visiting Prescott I will try again next visit #Veganuary

A fun and quirky bar in downtown Prescott. It has an about five legit vegan options, all fairly priced. We had the burger, which was delicious and not at all greasy. The fries left something to be desired.

No “Wow” in flavor- bummer - Edit
After reading all the previous posts, I was expecting a “wow“ vegan meal. While I appreciate that they put a “V“ next to all vegan options, both meals we ordered lacked flavor. Blah could have been met with a pop of tangy or spicy sauce of some sort.

Enjoyed the vibe, including open mic night, put dirty dishes sat in front of us the majority of the night and there was no place for us to service our own table.
I would go back for one more try, as perhaps this was just an off night for them. Who knows, but fingers crossed.

It's a quaint and quirky restaurant. Not a lot of vegan options, but the ones they offer look delicious. I had the vegan nachos, and they were very tasty! A large portion, spicy, with cashew "cheese." Very filling!

One of My Favorites In Prescott - Edit
My husband and I ate at The Raven during a short trip to Prescott. At this point, I think we've eaten at six restaurants in Prescott. This was one of the two I would most want to return to. I ordered the Cauli-Verde Tacos and my husband ordered the Veggie Burger. My tacos were good, but I would not call them great. It did taste fresh. I tried some of my husband's Veggie Burger, and I would highly recommend it. It is a made-in-house vegan burger and it was one the best options I've tasted in Prescott. I definitely want to come back to order one for my next visit to Prescott.

This was one of the lowest priced meals we had in Prescott. That part was nice.
The restaurant was very drafty and cold. It was a cold night, but there was a definite breeze. We could not tell where it was coming from. So, I would recommend dressing warmly.
While I would have liked to see more vegan options, it seemed to be one of the best ones in Prescott.

5 star if I could. Loved eating inside and outside. Wonderfully decorated, and the restoration work is top notch. Had the housemade vegan burger, which is one of the best I've ever had. Heard the cauliflower tacos are exceptional.

I came here with my wife and mother in law who both aren't vegan. I had the vegan burger and it was delicious. Everyone else loved their food too and they even had roof seating which was beautiful. For a place that serves a lot of non vegan food, they have a damn good vegan burger.

The vegan options in Prescott were limited but Raven delivered big time! The menu doesn't list a ton of vegan options but the staff were very all very sweet, knowledgeable and accommodating. They let me sub out meat and cheese from one of the salads for the jackfruit taco "meat" and avocado. It was delicious!! My husband got the tacos straight off the menu and we shared some sweet potato fries. Also great!

Went to the Raven Cafe last night and was thoroughly impressed. They had vegan gluten-free options for every course: salad, entree and dessert. And all of them were amazing. And the service was great. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. But make sure you make a reservation as there is limited seating.

This venue is basically a bar and coffeehouse that has a intimate stage for live music. Walk up ordering, though staff will come to tabke to get refills. large selection of beer and wine, many local to Arizona. Although there were limited vegan items, many options can be made vegan and were made me local ingredients. The staff were knowledgeable about vegan needs. The veggie tacos with avacado in place of the avacado creme were made with fresh vegetables and the jalapeños were spicy and delish!
