Great Japanese Option in Westchester! - Edit
I really enjoyed the menu at RameNesque, which had plenty of clearly labeled vegan options. They let you choose the type of flavor you want in your broth (all vegan) in the vegan ramen dish so there is quite a bit of selection there along with the many other menu items. The food was excellent and the waitress was very nice. I plan on going back many times in the future!
