No me fijé en las opciones veganas, pero sin duda recomiendo mucho este restaurante, comida deliciosa, empleados muy amables y atentos y una estética anime preciosa, recomendable 100% si visitas Santiago.

Their food is delicious and fairly priced. The staff was lovely and the restaurant decoration was super cool.

My first vegan ramen - Edit
It's an Asian food place that also sells Boba tea. It's young and trendy. It's full of Japanese cartoon references: figurines in shelves, anime in the ceilings, anime music and some episodes playing in a TV as well. But that's not why I came: it's the cheapest vegan ramen in Santiago at 9,50€. It was delicious, with a soy milk broth. They had soy sprouts crossed out of the the ingredients when I went.
Read moreI also had the veggie gyozas but they were too fried for my liking. They came with soy sauce and spicy sweet and sour sauce for dipping.
Afterwards I wasn't sure if the noodles were vegan. They seemed like egg noodles. So that would be something I would ask next time.

Só teñen unha opción vegana en gyozas e outra en ramen, ambas boas. O ramen pareceume super completo e de moi bo sabor, nada comparado cos industriais ou semi precociñados doutros sitios coa mesma estética (anime etc.). Leva garbanzos, tofu estilo tortilla francesa doce, cebola crocante, millo doce, algas, soia e brotes de espinaca, así como caldo caseiro.
