Everything you need!

Great grocery store with lots of packaged vegan options including tofu, tempeh, plant-based cheese, granola, plant-based yogurt, plant-based milks, etc. The produce section is not great, but they do have some organic items.

Pros: Great selection of packaged food , Very clean

Cons: Produce section is not great

Vegan grocery options for when the restaurants don't work out

The restaurants in the area disappointed us this trip. So we went to the grocery store and found dinner options we could make ourselves in the hotel. They have frozen meals, fresh produce, ice cream, and plenty of plant based snacks so you can stock up. Highly recommend shopping here for meals and snacks if the restaurants don't work out for you.
Most of the hotels in the area have a microwave or kitchen that you can cook in.
This worked in a pinch!

Pros: Vegan options, Gluten free options , Reasonable prices
