Tofu and vegetable dishes - Edit
They have a few tofu or vegetable dishes but no gluten free dishes. I was very disappointed because I read reviews that they could do gluten free options.

Best vegan choice in Oakhurst - Edit
After having tried all of the Oakhurst restaurants listed on HappyCow (as of March 2022), we can say China Delight is by far the best for us. There are more vegan options here than anywhere else in town, and the quality of them is superior, too. We enjoyed the tofu with cashew nuts and the sautéed broccoli (which has a bit of garlic). They can make them gluten-free on request by adjusting the sauces. Don’t miss the sesame balls, which were tasty and also vegan (which we confirmed in Mandarin as well as English).
Read moreOnly downside is the takeout packaging, which is an excessive amount of styrofoam and plastic, so consider either dining in or bringing your own takeout containers.

Solid Chinese vegan options - Edit
My family got the eggplant with spicy garlic sauce, the vegetable delight, and the kung pao tofu. The eggplant was a huge hit and combined well with the vegetable delight. The tofu was a little mushy so subtracting for that
