Vegan Veggie Pho 🔥 - Edit
I absolutely loved this soup! It had so many veggies and toppings. The atmosphere is relaxing and the environment was clean. The staff was also very friendly and the wait time was minimal.

Eat more spring rolls! - Edit
My daughter and I went for happy hour and got edamame and tofu spring rolls. They were amazing! Only $5 for two large spring rolls. I recently had friends over for Dan Dan noodles and I order some spring rolls to go for my dinner party. They were amazing! I also tried the general Taos tofu and it was delicious.

This place doesn't have vegan labels on the menu. However, the servers are typically knowledgeable, so they can help you out.
Read moreYou can get veggie pho (make sure they use veggie broth; thankfully, we were asked if we wanted it in place of the meat broth), but there's also a dish simply called "Pan-fried Tofu" that doesn't look like much, but it tastes amazing.
They can also make vegan sushi if you're into that sort of thing.

This place is wonderful. The staff knows me well and always gets my order right. Ezra was the most helpful and knows how to veganize most items (which most can be). The veggie pho is really really good and I always get the pan-fried tofu. Restaurant has both a casual and elegant atmosphere.

First time here, I was extremely impressed with the fabric and textures used inside the restaurant. Bathrooms were very clean. Asked for vegan options, server was very accommodating to find out which sauces were vegan friendly. Dish was delicious, we will definitely be back!
