Friendly staff and clearly a local favourite spot too, as many locals were in on Christmas eve and taking away pre orders and eating in too (always a good sign!)

The service was so friendly. They were patient and were able to share their suggestions. We ordered the burger, falafel bowl and the snickers tart.
Read moreThe food tasted fresh and the snickers tart was the highlight. The burger and bowl were fine. Personally I would have preferred a little more flavour but that’s a personal preference. I would recommend this place to vegans.
The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. We combined this with a walk along the beach.
Even through they closed at 3pm, they were happy to serve customers a little after the closing time which was really appreciated. Like us, if you are a tourist and eat breakfast at 10am in a hotel you prefer lunch a little later.

Staff were lovely, cute cat. We had the Buddha bowls and bruschetta, all were very fresh and tasty. Quick service and sat outside surrounded by plants. Lovely restaurant.

Wr love this place and drove all the way from Aljezur to get here, to find a closed door. Even on the door it's saying, that they're open until 22:00, but that's not true, u fortunately. So better call. The food is amazing !!

Normalerweise schreibe ich keine schlechten Bewertungen, aber nach diesem Restaurantbesuch ging es mir wirklich schlecht. Und das für 16€ für einen Taco, welcher kein Taco war. Der Geschmack war gammelig und der Salat hat sogar gegammelt. Die Gurke war schleimig. Habe es leider erst nach den ersten Bissen gemerkt und das Essen stehen lassen. Nun habe ich Bauchschmerzen.

I went to Raízes expecting to eat some dishes when I discovered they changed awhile ago their menu.

I think they also increased prices as I don’t remember thinking it was a bit too much in comparison from what they’re offering.
The food was good tho!

What to choose from a very imaginative menu? We went for the tofu in chestnut cream and the spinach and pine nut rissoles. Dishes came with generous salads. Everything was super tasty and good portions. Had to make room for the desserts, which were a mango tart and a snickers- type chocolate and peanut tart. Fabulous

Everything was just fabulous. From the environment, the decoration, the staff, and the food was simple but so tasty and so well made. The fresh juices are really freshly squeezed and delicious. There are not many vegan restaurants in Quarteira, and this one is amazing!

Very nice place to eat, very close to the beach, with both indoor and outdoor tables. Many plants all around, a chill cat and swings to sit on and eat. The food is fresh and healthy, big portions. Recommended!
