Fresh, organic house-made seitan steak over fried polenta. Also has tonic herb drinks, organic coffee and vegan ice cream. Look for the bright yellow truck after the Maliko Gultch, on the Hana side. New favorite restaurant in the world - Edit
This place was sooooooo good. Tons of healthy and filling options. The food is beautiful and lots is local. The owner and her ohana were the sweetest people and we really enjoyed talking with them while we enjoyed food and drinks outside the truck. Great spot to pickup food and cold drinks before the road to Hana. Be sure to try the fruit leather - great car snack!

Best food on Maui, vegan or not! I had the Mighty bowl it was ridiculously good, I don’t know how they got their seitan to taste like that! To drink I had the Blood Shen Tonic, wow!
