Open to adapt to Vegans 🌱

They have some vegetarian dishes listed but are open to adapt individually as everything is prepared fresh. Owner speaks English.

Tried the following:

🥗 Ensalada de Quinoa - 26PEN
Dish was already vegan and soo tasty. The combo of sweet and acid was just perfect. From the amount it doesn't qualify as full meal and I'd order it as a side.

🍚 Arroz de Chaufa - 27PEN
(mention Vegan - wo. Pollo & Huevo)
Since leaving Huevo & Pollo the dish is left with rice and some vegetables. It's good but a bit boring maybe.

🍢 Brochetas with Champions - 26PEN
Vegetables skewers were awesome. Perfect in consistence and taste. Bit salt on the table wouldn't hurt. They came with tasty potatoes. I ordered a sauce in addition e.g. ketchup.

Amazing Peruvian Cuisine

The host spoke great English and was clearly passionate and proud of the food. He told us which dishes were vegan and which dishes could be made vegan. He recommended the quinoa salad and we also chose the noodles. We found both dishes amazing, especially the quinoa. Would definitely recommend, should be allowed to select 5 stars.

Traditional food with vegan options

Of the few options in Huacachina this place seemed to us as the most sofisticated cuisine. Peru is famous for is very good cuisine and here you can try it with many vegan options. The staff is well informed and can veganize many dishes! Also serves pizza

Pros: Traditional peruvian plates, Good prices , Well informed staff

Cons: Vegan options not clearly indicated
