Petite épicerie avec plusieurs marques et produits santé (incluant un comptoir avec plats à emporter) - Edit
L'épicerie porte bien son nom: on retrouve plusieurs produits et marques santé relativement difficiles à trouver ailleurs (Ecoideas, Bob's Red Mill, tempeh Noble Bean, etc.). Les prix sont raisonnables et plusieurs fruits et légumes frais sont également offerts. L'endroit n'est malheureusement pas très grand mais fait aussi office de petit restaurant avec sandwichs, soupes et quelques desserts. Si la sélection de produits était davantage étendue, ce serait une note de 5 étoiles assurée!

Cute store and friendly staff. The market side has lots of options, vegan, gluten free, they sell meat as well. Think of a health food store.
Read moreThe ready made food side has wraps, sandwiches, lattes, teas, smoothies, cookies, muffins, etc. Great Engeras and the QDBC wrap is awesome! Both vegan and they have regular Engeras and gluten free Engeras. The Engera sauce is extra but so good!

Great little place to stop, sit outside enjoy the sun. I personally love their ethiopian injeras. There are great gluten free options too.

amazing vegan soups and "stews". the staff are awesome. and it's in Hudson which is great :)

Cheese is earth island or daiya brand, they have earth island parm too. They were generous with the cheese for me.
Crust is vegan, gf, homemade and awesome. Crunchy and filling, with that healthy feeling afterwards.
Cons: pizza is small. 10 bucks is a lot for a pizza I can wolf down in literally 3 minutes.
Conclusion: best place for healthy food I can find in Saint Lazare. If you're in the area, what you seek is here.
