A wonderland of mock meats and vegetarian seasonings

Such a delight to find this place in the Shenhe district of Shenyang. It's tiny and was tightly packed with customers when we visited in January 2020, but definitely worth the jostle. We found such treasures as lion's mane mushroom, a range of stock powders / seasonings (including an excellent mock chicken stock), and a delicious frozen soy-based fish in the shape of a flounder (the nori skin gives it a fabulous crunch when baked). They have an impressive range of foodstuffs (snacks and frozen goods as well).

Pros: Amazing selection, Delicious, No concerns about hidden meat products
