Build your own salad, bowl or burrito. Fresh veggies and Impossible Burger “protein “ option. Burritos huge. Can add many toppings, including avocado at no additional charge. I went the fresh veggie option because the impossible burger up charge was ridiculous. Giving 3 starts because staff, although friendly, needed to have hair netted or pulled back.

Fast food Mexican place by gate A20. Offers veggie abs impossible meat burritos, bowls, salads. Make sure you pay attention to what they are putting in since it’s Texas and they pretty much don’t know what Vegan means. But once you get it nailed down it’s really good!
