Wow - Vegan options are wonderful! - Edit
Phenomenal salad in a warm baguette! Wow - it was amazing. I highly recommend the “Washington State” with Avocado in place of the chicken. Such great flavors and ingredients. I recommend eating it right after it’s made while the baguette is warm!

Quick & healthy spot - Edit
This is a spot to grab something quick with healthy options. I load up a sandwich with squash, beets, kale, chickpeas, etc, with the champagne vinaigrette. I like the champagne vinaigrette dressing, but they have other vegan options.

Customized salads with a tofu option - Edit
Bread Zeppelin offers salads in bread roll or bowl. They do offer a fried (I believe) tofu option and since you can customize your salad, you can choose only vegetarian or vegan options. Workers were friendly and patient as I tried to customize my salad.
