Great food and an awesome host! - Edit
We visited Pura Vida as there aren't many options for vegetarian/vegan food in Zihuatanejo. It was relatively easy to find considering there wasn't a well placed sign but it did say Cooperativa Vegana on the gate which we liked. Patti offered us to sit outside near the pool in her beautiful yard but we decided to head right into her home which was very welcoming. She made us Vegan Pizza that was to die for with kombucha tea. Although the food was great, the thing we liked most about Pura Vida was undoubtedly Patti! Call ahead for take-out or just to let her know you'll be coming by and prepare your tastebuds for a little slice of heaven!
Pros: Awesome food, Great Atmosphere, Great Conversation
Cons: No Sign, No Set Menu but Flexible, No Set Hours... Yet :)
