I tried it for the first time few days ago for lunch. They make fresh pasta everyday, different formats (like strozzapreti and tagliatelle). The pasta is vegan, because it doesn't contain eggs. There are some dishes which are already vegan in the menu (like pasta with pesto and vegan cheese on top, or fresh tomato pasta, or mushroom tagliatelle) but others which can be veganized.
