I’m in San Antonio for a unit meeting and looked this place up. I’m so glad I went. It was about a mile away from my hotel. I ordered online. Since this was my first time, I created an account and got a reward for a free shake! I ordered the original chik’n sandwich and the loaded tater tots. I got the Oreo shake. I can’t even finish my tots because I’m so full. The first bite of the sandwich was amazing. So crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The tots were flavorful and completely covered. Shake is on ten. Highly recommend. I live in the DFW area and now know there’s a location in Dallas! So excited to take my daughter when I get back home.

Only downfall is that the prices have hiked significantly in the past year. Classic sandwich has gone up a dollar. They always preach cheap vegan fast food but $8 for one plain chicken sandwich isn’t very cheap. 😭
Nonetheless, it’s a yummy sandwich when in a hurry.

Late night hunger struck and this place was open serving vegan food at 9pm. (They close at 10) great service and great value. I’d highly recommend. The close proximity to the airport is great too for vegan travelers like myself.

I love Project Pollo. I stumbled upon it randomly and have been going back pretty frequently ever since. The Deluxe and the Cesar wraps are the best. Even my non vegan friends and coworkers love Project Pollo.

the guy at the front was super nice and the manager was helpful with questions, so it had a very nice environment and customer service. Not only that though but the food was soooo good, i got the loaded papas, which were pretty big and had the perfect flavors and texture, i also tried the sugar cookie from the souther root bakery, and they were so good i had to go buy four more to take home!
