Delicious food (Caithness cuisine is on the sign outside)

I had aubergine pakora (with a delicious mint chutney) and mushroom biryani. This was the best meal on my visit to Thurso. There were plenty of locals ordering take away and delivery whilst I ate.

Pros: Delicious food, Friendly attentive service, Good price

Cons: I wish I'd tried this place earlier in my trip, They don't open for lunch.

Delicious Indian

Pretty standard Indian restaurant, with a few interesting additions. I had aubergine pakora, which I've not seen on a menu before, and was light and tasty. There are plenty of vegan options. I had two sides of tarka dhal and mushroom bhaji with coconut rice. All was delicious. The ingredients are clearly high quality and fresh. Even the onions and mango chutney for the poppadoms were a cut above!
