I'd be satisfied if I had this at a Vegan cafe! - Edit
We recently visited the Crawley Pret, after hearing about the introduction of more Vegan options, and we were certainly impressed, and could tell they've put a lot of work into it. We shared the red tapenade & avo superbowl, chana chaat flat bread, and vegetable tagine soup, and it was all really nice. The only down side was it was quite noisy in there-not very peaceful (it was a Saturday, though). The other thing I wanted to point out was, although the food is clearly labelled 'veggie' OR 'vegan', the writing is very small, so I'd recommend looking on the website first, or looking very closely!!
Pros: Great Vegan options, Convenient location
Cons: Noisy, Vegan symbol is a little small
