One of the best vegan restaurants in Portugal. The food is really good, portions are generous, and the staff is very friendly. I also like the whole vibe of the place, with the vegan stickers and the adorable piggy bank tip jar, with "don't eat me, feed me" written on it :)
Read moreEvery dish we ate here was great, but I was particularly surprised by the mock fried egg - I don't know what it's made of, but it's delicious!
I also bought some frozen "pão de queijo" (Brazilian cheese bread), and it was great as well.

I believe he said each month the menu changes. I got the special, which was mixed veg with shiitake mushrooms, tomato rice and salad. You can get it with soup or juice for an extra euro.
The food was so fresh and tasty. I also tried their chocolate cake which was very nice and moist.

right place to come for a good filling meal. we got received with a warm welcome and the menu well explained. they radiate vegan philosophy and have vegan messages written everywhere. we had a fresh fruit juice, vegetable soup as a starter, and the dish of the day which was spaghetti with meatballs and salad, and bitoque, which is a burger with cheese and a vegan egg on top with rice and fries. only thing that the meals were a bit too heavy for us for lunch, and the other options seemed as well. there seems to not be so much 'light' food options. place looks clean and cozy. good music is played. we gave a tip and we got some chocolate chip cookies in return :)

Excellent choice for those visiting Viseu 🥰 was quite happy to find Prema on HappyCow, after a few days on the EN2 route eating lettuce and tomato salad with rice for the lack of proper vegan options 😂😂
