I’d been wanting to try this restaurant for ages, but something always got in the way. Today, I finally made it—and it was worth the wait. Run by a lovely Brazilian couple, the place is cozy, welcoming, and full of tempting options, plus a daily special. That’s what I went for: delicious seitan loaded with veggies and basmati rice. Generous portions and great flavor. They absolutely earned the 5-star HappyCow sticker I gave them.

We thought we would eat lunch in Coimbra so we just stopped in for a quick snack like a quiche or similar, ended up so impressed with the menu we ate here instead. The chefs special was seitan stewed with onions and was an amazing deal at 12 euros cause it was a full plate and came with the soup du jour and a water/tea. Brazilian flavors and so well done! Enjoyed the francesinha a lot, but the special was better. Also tried the jackfruit croquette and it was so well made. Super friendly and the chef told us about the dish from his childhood that inspired the days special. Go here!!!

Read moreThe snacks were amazing, we had to take even more away for later. The bacon, tofu and sausage sandwich which was covered in a tomato sauce and a "fried egg" on top left us questioning all the vegan food we've had before and why it couldn't be this amazing! LOVE IT!

Un rico vegano en Viseu . Tomamos rissol de queso y fiambre y hamburguesas. Todo estaba rico y las cantidades son copiosas. El "falso" huevo no lo sentí demasiado en la hamburguesa, pero el resto muy rico. Y el personal muy amable.
