Warm service, tasty food - Edit
This restaurant is a little gem tucked in old traditional Viseu.
Upon me asking if a dish had butter or cream, the super friendly waiter immediately asked if I was looking for vegan food and started pointing out which dishes on the menu were vegan or which could be made vegan (e.g. by replacing paneer with potato).
It is just so uncommon to find such a warm and sharp treatment, especially in Viseu, I was really moved.
Then the food came and it's all you're entitled too, the lovely spices, smells, fresh, crunchy, colourful!
Indian might not be on top of your list when visiting Portugal but if you're around Viseu please do reconsider!
Also, if you're not familiar with the Italian-Indian concept, it's all related to the tandoori oven, also great for pizzas :-)
