Yumm - Edit
I ordered the buckwheat roti with curry for 150 rupees and it was delicious and a decent size. The older lady that works there tried to sell me bracelets even after I told her many times that I am not interested because I spent a lot of money already that day for gear and permits. She kept insisting until I gave in and purchased one. I found that a bit annoying but she was sweet at the same time. If that wouldn't have happened, I would give 5 stars

Delicious, well priced local food - Edit
Cute cafe serving local tibetan/nepalese food. Nice food, great price, and awesome location by the lake. The owner was extremely rude to his wife, and threatened their dog when we were there which ruined our experience.

Big portions ! - Edit
This family restaurant is very cute with a beautiful lake view. Everything is more than affordable and their portions are huge !! However, I ate the Veg Chowmeing and it was lacking a little bit in flavour. Still it was very nice and the ambiance was great ! For the price would 100% go again/ recommend !

Best place in Pokhara... - Edit
An amazing, family run restaurant with beautiful lake views. The food is all 100% organic and freshly prepared for each meal. The cuisine is a mix between Nepali and Tibetan classics, with lots of vegan options. You absolutely have to try the buckwheat bread with veg curry, it’s hands down my best meal in Nepal so far. The chamba porridge with mixed fruit is also a must for breakfast. The shilajit tea is also a great, unique, healthy local tea, just to name a few options.

I have been here every day since I arrived in Pokhara and it’s my number 1 local.
I highly recommend you come and meet this beautiful family and enjoy their amazing food. Small local and passionate businesses like this deserve all the support they can get.
Pros: Lots of vegan options , 100% organic , Great value for money

Nice food at affordable prices - Edit
This place is cute and cozy, bamboo style.
Read moreThe family that run the restaurant is welcoming and friendly.
They have nice menu, with traditional nepali & tibetan food, like momo, local soup and nuddles recipes, Curry, etc.
They also have buckwheat bread, that in fact is the equivalent to the French buckwheat pancake "galette bretone".
I like this place because they have good quality food and keep the price resonnably affordable.
They are vegan friendly and understand what means vegan.
I like the fact that they also serve tea pots if asked.
Pros: Nice vegan and gluten free options , Buckwheat pancake and vegan momo, Beautiful lake view
