Puccia orders - Edit
There are no vegan puccias on the menu, you can build your own and it is cheaper to do that rather than getting the vegetarian puccia and removing the cheese. It can be very chaotic and very fast paced, I recommend taking a picture of the fillings and prepare your order before ordering. The focacce are vegan

Tenete anche conto del fatto che vi troverete a consumare le vostre pucce su sgabellini instabili (perché posizionati su un terreno in pendenza) in mezzo al via vai della via su cui vi trovate.
Nel caso viaggiaste con non-veg: un nostro conoscente pugliese ha ordinato una puccia con polpo e si è lamentato del fatto che fosse cucinato male

Here you can customize a "Puccia" (Apulian sandwich) with the vegetables you like. Very tasty and absolutely recommended. The woman that served us was very friendly in explaining the options (in italian)

Sabores del sur de Italia. Comimos un snack que se llama Rustico y es famoso de la zona de Puglia. Casi siempre tienen queso, pero pillamos éste relleno de espinaca, es bueno, pero un poco seco. Además, comimos un panini muy sabroso.
